1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RemoveBgOne website and services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RemoveBgOne provides artificial intelligence-powered image processing tools designed to remove backgrounds and generate transparent images.

3. User Accounts, Subscriptions, and Lifetime Plans

• Subscriptions: We offer recurring subscription plans that grant a specific number of credits or access levels per billing cycle.
• Lifetime Plans: The term "Lifetime" refers to a one-time purchase of a set allocation of processing credits ("Lifetime Credits"). One (1) credit is consumed per image background removal. All Lifetime Credits are valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase. Any unused credits will automatically expire at the end of this three-year period.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on purchases, subject to fair use. You are eligible for a full refund within fourteen (14) days of your original purchase date, provided that you have downloaded fifty (50) or fewer processed images. If you have exceeded fifty (50) downloads, the refund policy is void, and no refunds will be issued.

5. Data Privacy and Image Handling

• Temporary Storage: Images uploaded to the Service are stored on our servers temporarily for user convenience. All uploaded images and their processed outputs are permanently deleted from our servers seven (7) days after the initial upload.
• No AI Training: RemoveBgOne strictly respects your privacy and intellectual property. We do not, under any circumstances, use your uploaded images or generated outputs to train, improve, or fine-tune our artificial intelligence models.

6. Acceptable Use and Content Restrictions

You are solely responsible for the content you upload to the Service. You explicitly agree not to upload, process, or distribute any images that:

• Are illegal, unlawful, or promote illegal activities.
• Are harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, contain explicit, or obscene material.
• Infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or any other intellectual property rights of any third party.

RemoveBgOne reserves the right to immediately terminate or suspend your account, without refund, if you are found to be in violation of this Acceptable Use policy.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to the original images you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant RemoveBgOne a temporary, limited license solely to process and temporarily store the images as necessary to provide the Service to you.

8. Age Requirement

You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age to access or use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you meet this minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Wyoming, and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. RemoveBgOne makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous availability or error-free operation of the Service. In no event shall RemoveBgOne be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
